Welcome to Mt. Lebanon High School!

Thank you for visiting our homepage to learn about our community’s exceptional high school! Our students, parents, teachers, administration, and the community are proud of the strong traditions of excellence that exemplify Mt. Lebanon High School. As a consistently top-ranked school recognized at all levels (regionally, state-wide, and nationally), our school offers a rigorous, comprehensive curriculum, a nationally and state-recognized fine and performing arts program, an extensive interscholastic athletic program, and over 60 extra-curricular offerings for our students. I’m pleased to share that in recent years our high school has been named a U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon School and has received a silver ranking from the US News and World Report list of Best High Schools in America. 

Each day our highly professional teachers, with the help of superb support staff, work to provide the best education possible to each and every student. Our teachers challenge their students each day and provide the appropriate level of support to help every student thrive throughout their high school career. In addition to our high school’s regular course offerings, we offer unique opportunities available to all students through our STEM Academy, Global Studies Program, Dance Program (in 2 dance studios), Theatre Program (in both a theatre classroom and “theatre in the round” Fine Arts Theatre), and state of the art Technology Education Program. Also, we have recently expanded our borders by increasing our international student population as we are a Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) certified school.

Mt. Lebanon High School’s success is only possible because of the wonderful support by our residents, the visionary approach by our School Board, a strong partnership with our parents, and the outstanding work provided by our teachers, support staff, and administration each day. Mt. Lebanon High School is truly a special place.
